August Bead Journal Project
August Bead Journal Project. A bead the same size as July’s, with short fringe around in a random kind of way.
A coworker asked me to make a blanket for her newborn niece. She bought the yarn, making sure to get extra for me to keep. I just love that dusty rose color.

Seven rows of Right Angle Weave woven together. Took quite a while to make. I think I’m done with this series. 🙂

OK, here is the Mom/Daughter Challenge done the right way. I couldn’t let it go until I had done it right. 🙂 I do like the Ndebele stitch. It beads up fairly quickly. However, that color is just horrible. I suppose it would be acceptable as an accent color, but for an entire piece, so not my thing.
Remember that cool yarn from last Friday? Here it is in a loom knit scarf. I just wanted to see how it would differ from the crocheted scarf.
