These are some beaded beads that I made years ago. Don’t remember where I got the directions for them. They each have a different number of sides. I did like that concept, but I don’t usually work with faceted beads.

 I made this scarf for the Christmas gift exchange at work. The stripes start out five rows wide and gradually change down to one row wide, then go back up. I like this scarf and may make more for ETSY.

Just having fun with lines.

Here is January’s Bead Journal Project. Yes, it’s a new year of beading! First, I made a tube in purple, using peyote stitch in the round. Then, I made caps for each end, with a tiny hole, so it can be strung on a thinner string. Then I did a simple embellishment, one string of yellow.

Here I embossed a safety pin and a button. Just to see what would happen.

The sun is breaking through the blue gloom.

I embossed this one on a paint chip and then sanded it. Made a mess, but I like the look.
