Here is November’s Bead Journal Project necklace. Once again, I’m doing Mother/Daughter necklaces. It looks simple. It’s just three strands of beads that are braided. But, have you ever tried to weave strands of beads? The beads want to separate, leaving you with braided thread. Sure, I could have tied off the ends, so the beads wouldn’t move, but I didn’t know how long I needed the strands to be. It was worth the aggravation, though. I like this set.

I have an embosser now, so I’ve been playing. Both pieces looked the same, until I applied glue stick to the back to glue into my experiment book. The construction paper kind of flattened out. Learning moment.

 Here is a baby blanket I made for a friend. He wanted a camo blanket. We looked and looked and couldn’t find any baby camo yarn. Or even any soft camo yarn. So, this is in Red Heart yarn. He loves it.
