I started with a small purple circle cut from the color samples you get anywhere paint is sold. This color is called Kissin’ Cousins, which I find kinda amusing. I cut it up and randomly glued the pieces to paper.

Then, I used a purple marker and drew more petals to my flower. It was quite simple, but I really like the look.

Here is September’s Bead Journal Project necklace. It is made using Right Angle Weave, with another, smaller, square in the center. A couple beads between the squares makes it three dimensional.

These all started out as a square or rectangle, accept the upper right, which started as a circle. All I did was cut it up, arrange the pieces, and glue them to paper. I really like the blue ones.
