This shows how I felt this weekend. Just really tired.

I did this swirl for my dad. Do you see the chicken?

I love this tri-strand purple necklace!

I learned 2 things doing the french knot. First, if you wind the thread around the needle from the needle to the eye, you just get a little tiny stitch. The correct way is to wind from the eye to the point. Second, if you accidentally sew something to the back of your work, you have to cut it out. Needless to say, this is not my favorite stitch.

I feel like I’m getting better at hiding things in the swirls. What do you think? Do you see the whale?

Here is a fun necklace in lavender. It spirals.

 This is a piece of fabric that my mom dyed and sent me to play with. Isn’t it cool?

Here’s a smiley face made with the stem stitch. I didn’t want it to be a perfect circle. It looked better to me before I blew it up on here!  LOL Of course, the cat was in my lap and playing with the thread while I was working on it.
