I found these blue rectangular beads and just had to do something with them. I have enough left over to make a bracelet. Hmmmmmmmm……

This is March’s Bead Journal Project. It is the first in another set of Mother/Daughter necklaces. The spring is a found object.

This is this week’s TAST stitch, couch. Since the only ribbon I have is wider then I wanted, I tried using the chain stitch on folded ribbon. It was just too much for me. I don’t know what you call this stitch, but it was much easier. The ribbon is folded in thirds. I’m calling him “My Ribbon Worm”.

I’m working on drawing pictures that have hidden objects in them. I draw the outline of something, and then I “swirl” it. Do you see the flower? Is this too easy? Too hard? Let me know what you think.

I was cleaning up a bit in my art room and found this. I made this years ago. It’s a hair barrette and is 8 inches long. I have long straight hair, so that works on me. 🙂
