Lesson 16, Part 1
This is only one section of the lesson. I was just so excited about it, I’m showing it to you before it’s done. It will be an underwater scene when it’s done. These sponges that I painted look just like the reference painting! I’m really happy with the shapes of the sponges, as well as the shading. And I did it with out drawing it in first. It’s all just me painting free hand. 🙂

In this lesson, colors are mixed with Chinese White and Neutral Tint.
Squiggly Lines
Wet on wet. Just playing with the colors.
Nudibranch
I like nudibranchs. They are sometimes referred to as “sea slugs”. Ewe! Nudibranch is so much classier. They come in all kinds of different colors. Check out this National Geographic site to learn more about them.
Snail
I don’t think snail tails stick up like that. But, at least he’s a happy snail.
