Well, there is an extra Monday this month, so, I made earrings to make a complete set.

Found Object Necklace
I got some more of those … thingees. I made a matching necklace to last week’s bracelet.
As you can see, each section of beading is a complete unit. That meant a lot of buried threads. I had originally planned to make the necklace longer, but tieing off all those ends was getting pretty old, so it’s choker length..
Found Object Bracelet
The small round circle … thingees … I got off of display packages. They were in the little round hole in the plastic bag a child’s bag were in. I had to take the circles out of the bags to place the item on the peg. The peg was just too large for them. I thought they were kind of cool looking, so I kept them, thinking they’d make for interesting bead jewelry. I like this.
Button Knot Necklace
I didn’t have enough of the yellow cord to make this necklace exactly match the bracelet from last Monday, so I changed to black beads. I love red and black together.

Button Knot Bracelet
This bracelet is made using cord, beads, and a button, all from what Mom gave me. It’s pretty simple, just the button stitch
, but it still took me a couple hours to make. I guess I’m on the steep incline of the learning curve.
Febuary Piece
For the second piece, I used a second one of these …. thingees.
Just wanted to do something completely different from last month’s.

Finished the next layer. That’s four layers. It’s getting pretty stiff and a bit heavy.

I started this bracelet in July, but got sidetracked with the single strand bracelets. There is a post of just the first layer on July 19. Here’s two layers, red and then orange. It’s so nice to take some time and do something just for me.
