Praying Mantis
Opened the blinds and found this little guy. I lived here a year before I knew there were praying mantis around. They were light green in the summer, but now the ones I see are tan. Cool.
A better picture. I put him outside, though he didn’t seem real happy about it. It’s cold out there!

This has got to be one of the most beautiful trees I have ever seen.

Found these growing alongside a road. They’re cool looking.

Saw these two on my way to Mom’s house.

Stream
This is a stream going through the wetland near my house. Parts of it moved slowly, and parts moved swiftly. I’ll have to keep an eye on it to see how it changes through the seasons.
