Focused
I went to my mother’s Knit Guild meeting earlier this month and was inspired by the speaker to try crocheting with beads. I just watched a u-tube video on crocheting corner to corner. Thanks, Tanglewood Knots for the link. Now I have to do that. I have other projects in my head that are fighting to get out in the real world. I still haven’t finished unpacking. I need to stay focused!

Pamper
I decided to pamper myself with a new dresser. I had been using the last one since I was very young. Don’t actually remember not having it. I like this new one. I even got to put it together! I enjoy doing that.

Tentative
I last saw this guy on Saturday afternoon. I had no idea where to start looking for him. I had tentative plans to start walking the area north of here. When I got home today, I opened the back sliding door to let the dogs out, and there he was. Wet, hungry, and wanting lovees. I’m so glad he’s home!

Recreate
Poor Gruf. He’s 15 years old now. We just went out back for a potty break. It’s two steps down from the house to the patio. He has to be very careful going down those two steps. He found the perfect spot and did his business. Then two careful steps back up into the house. I took this pic after he came in the house and just laid down to rest. I sure wish I could recreate his youth, when he bounced around with tons of energy and steps didn’t mean falls.
