As a lefty crocheter I do not feel challenged until I see a pattern. I guess thatโs why early on did not follow patterns.๐
After 50 years crocheting as an experimental crocheter Iโm still in love with the medium.
That is an interesting thought. I’ve always told new crocheters that no one can tell how they hold the hook when looking at their work. Never thought about whether it was made left-handed or right-handed.
Lefties want to crochet too.

I apologize for taking so long to reply to your comment. I had an unplanned stay in the hospital.
I’ve also been crocheting for 50 years, and I still love it. I can’t even imagine the challenges of being a lefty in a right-handed world.

So sorry for your hospitalization. Hope you are better.
I actually find being left handed a plus. My aesthetic is different.
Iโm not sure anyone can tell through my work that it was made left handed. Something to ponder.
