Ferns and Moss
Rain forest in some tropical locale? Nope. Mom’s yard in Washington.
I’ve never seen ferns grow out of trees one frond at a time before.
Memories
Dad used to like to get Christmas trees with a root ball so that he could plant them outside. This one sure has grown!
Mushrooms
Found these growing alongside a road. They’re cool looking.
Stream
This is a stream going through the wetland near my house. Parts of it moved slowly, and parts moved swiftly. I’ll have to keep an eye on it to see how it changes through the seasons.
Wetland
This is the mini wetland near my house. It supports ducks, frogs and other wildlife. But, when I went for a walk, nothing showed itself for my camera. Maybe next time.
